Versatile Museum Centre Vapriikki // lobby, cafe and information counter area // Tampere 2022

Vapriikki is a museum centre that offers things to see and do for the whole family.  Vapriikki is housed in the old Tampella factory hall, whose oldest parts date back to the 1880s.

Sari M. designed the interior for the lobby, cafe and information counter. Architects for this premises were Tampereen Tilapalvelut /Kari Salonen ja Tuija Salovaara who is continuously taking care of the property maintenance of Vapriikki. 

The aim was to create spaces that would be cozy, combines service and experience and where everyone can enjoy and take a breather at the cafe. Carefully selected materials, furniture and lights – ensures the right customer experience.
